Aagyachakra Lab
Aagyachakra Lab
Positioned at the junction of the brain and spinal column, the Aagyachakra is often called the "Eyebrow Centre" because its energy is most strongly perceived at the midpoint of the forehead, between the eyebrows. This chakra is thought to heighten intuition, facilitate interaction with the external world, and provide access to wisdom from the past and future. It also represents the unconscious mind and serves as a direct connection to Brahman, the ultimate reality.
The multidisciplinary Lab serves as a hub for innovative research, development, and collaboration. Its vision is to become a center of excellence in addressing challenges and opportunities within the tourism and hospitality industry, promoting transformative practices. The lab focuses on cutting-edge research in areas such as sustainability, technology integration, customer behavior analysis, and workforce development. It aims to provide a platform for collaboration among academia, industry, and policymakers while equipping students and professionals with advanced skills in analytics, management, and innovation. The lab is equipped with advanced technology and tools, including software for data analysis like SPSS, R, and Tableau, as well as simulation tools for hotel and restaurant management. Virtual reality setups are available for immersive tourism experiences, and a comprehensive library offers access to books, journals, and global tourism databases. Training facilities include food production and service labs, front office simulation setups, and housekeeping labs. Dedicated spaces for workshops, webinars, and brainstorming sessions are also part of the infrastructure.
