• To promote interactions among the Educators and / or Researchers by providing networking opportunities.

• To organize Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and Symposiums for the members and non-members.

• To publish research based journals, periodicals, magazines in Tourism, Hospitality & beyond.

• To institute various Awards for the Academicians and Institutions. (coming soon).

• To engage into Government and Non-Government research activities in Tourism, Hospitality & beyond.

• To enable seamless exchange of information and ideas among the educators and/or researchers.

• To establish Institution Innovation  Council (IIC) at educational Institutions /Institutes.

• To provide consultancy for research and development at institution level.

• To facilitate young researchers with guide for Doctoral Research in Tourism, Hospitality & beyond. 

Our Initiatives

Positioned at the junction of the brain and spinal column, the Agya Chakra is often called the "Eyebrow Centre" because its energy is most strongly perceived at the midpoint of the forehead, between the eyebrows. This chakra is thought to heighten intuition, facilitate interaction with the external world, and provide access to wisdom from the past and future. It also represents the unconscious mind and serves as a direct connection to Brahman, the ultimate reality. 

The International Research Development Services (IRDS) is a distinguished initiative under the Educators’ Association for Research in Tourism & Hospitality (EARTH), dedicated to advancing the frontiers of research, development, and innovation in the tourism and hospitality industries. Established with a vision to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practices, IRDS serves as a dynamic platform for knowledge generation, dissemination, and application. Located in Kolkata, India, IRDS operates as a center of excellence, fostering collaboration among researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers. The center focuses on addressing the challenges and opportunities within the tourism and hospitality sectors by conducting high-impact research, providing consultancy services, and promoting innovative practices.
